A Poem from my Daughter

                 Mommies

                                                 By: Jana Williams

                                       With her own special mommy

Mommies are angels with wonderful hearts

They all play their own special parts

They take care of things that are naughty and mean

And change them to wonderful things of Gods heart

Mommies are gentle and kind to all things

God specially chose them to be an example

And become a sample of God’s love for you and for me

Mommies are made with a touch of God’s hug

Of his goodness, his kindness, and mostly his love

My Dear Sweet Jana,

I wanted to post this poem you gave in April 2013.  It is very dear to my heart.  The tender words and heart of a mother has flowed through your writing describing what I could only hope you saw in a mommy.  I know I fall so short in being a mommy that you deserve, but God is gracious and will use even that to draw you closer to Him. You have a heart for Jesus, my girl, and I am so blessed to be your mommy.

Love , Mommy

A gift to you other "Mommies" out there.  Both of mine included!
