Samantha's 7th Birthday at the Agriturismo

HAPPY 7th BIRTHDAY SAMANTHA!

This is the cake that Jana and Samantha worked together making.   Of course...Horses.

Our tradition is to wake up our sweet little one on their birthday and bless them with balloons and  gifts in bed.

We had a family party because she wanted to go to a nearby Agriturismo (ranch) and spend the night in a teepee.  This is the day of her birthday.  That next weekend we went to the ranch for the night.

Her birthday dinner was Taco's.

This pool was at the Agriturismo.  It was cold.

My Seven year old

After the boys set the tent up, they taught Isaac how to catch.

...and then they played croquet.

Samantha enjoyed teaching Isaac how to feed the horse hay.

This was such a great capture.  Isaac was looking under the fencing to see the horses.

I somehow didn't get a picture of the famous teepee's she wanted to sleep under.  Once we arrived and she looked at the teepees with spider webs and dirt floors, she decided her and Jana would sleep under the stars on the cots provided.  After it got dark, they wanted to be in the tent with the rest of family.
